Augustus. 27 BC-AD 14. Æ Denarius (18mm, 2.68 g, 2h). Contemporary hybrid imitation. Rome mint; M. Durmius, moneyer. AVGVSTVS DIVI F, bare head right / M DVRMIVS above, III VIR in exergue, lion left, attacking stag. Cf. RIC I 318 (for rev. type); cf. RSC 431a. Brown-green patina, rough surfaces, marks, scrapes.
